BREEZY MOVEMENTS

Rooted in care for our bodies, breath, and being.

About Breezy

Breezy Movements is a soul-centered wellness practice led by Albreesha “Breezy” Culberson, offering loving care for the body, breath, and being. Rooted in intentionality and embodied spirituality, Breezy blends beginner-friendly yoga, sound healing, assisted stretching, and rest into healing experiences that honor Black and Brown communities.

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Criminal Justice, Breezy began her yoga journey during graduate school, seeking moments of stillness through movement and meditation. What started as a personal practice became a calling, manifesting a life filled with care, connection, and holistic healing.

She holds a 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification, with additional training in restorative yoga, yin yoga, and trauma-informed sensual movement. Whether through soft flows, grounding sound baths, or sacred pause sessions, Breezy creates spaces where folx can breathe, soften, and return to themselves fully and freely.
